About the author
My name is Bernhard Schindlholzer and I am research associate and Ph.D. student at the Institute of Information Management of the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
The Customer Experience Labs is an interdisciplinary research group focusing on all aspects of designing remarkable customer experiences. The research for my Ph.D. thesis focuses on the relationship between customer value and customer experience as well as the organizational impact when managers work together with designers to solve strategic business problems. Research is done in cooperation with several Swiss and German DAX30 companies.
